Once received, the order is confirmed. Delivery times may changes payment methods.

If you have chosen a device with the wording Available, the order is processed and entrusted to the courier for delivery

Booked
If you have chosen a device with the wording Reserve it, Joojea will order the device and test it thoroughly. The order is then entrusted to the courier for delivery

Battery change
If you request a battery change service, delivery times are subject to change

Delivery
The order is subsequently handed over to the courier for delivery. Please note that the indicated date may be subject to changes due to organizational and logistical reasons

At any time, you can check the status of your order from your account, under the 'Order History' section.
