Send a communication by e-mail to info@joojea.com indicating the product defect and attaching a copy of the invoice. Our staff will contact you with the instructions to follow

Product preparing

Prepare the product for shipping with the original packaging and complete with everything originally contained (accessories, cables, manuals, etc.). The product must be sent within 14 days of accepting the withdrawal.

Verification

Our team will examine the product to verify the problem and whether there are obvious causes for exclusion of the Legal Guarantee (such as expiry of the coverage term, clear presence of accidental damage or damage caused by the consumer).

Technical Assistance Center

The product will be sent to the Technical Assistance Center for any repairs, or will be directly replaced if the repair is impossible or excessively expensive.

Refund

In the event of a refund, the company will make the refund using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise.

Product replacement

In the event of replacement of the product, the company will proceed with the replacement using the same delivery method used for the original purchase, unless the consumer has specifically agreed otherwise.
